I absolutely love decorating our home for fall.
And this year I decided to start with our kitchen.
Well, technically, I started decorating our living room first while simultaneously decorating our kitchen and family room.
And somehow, our family room, a room I didn’t plan to decorate this year, was the first one completed.
Even still, I decided to start the fall season on my blog by sharing a little fall kitchen tour.
Because we use our kitchen to make meals for our family and to create content (both recipes & DIY’s), I try to keep the decor to a minimum (not minimalistic, just not overboard).
I added pieces that are functional (the bowls), edible (the apples), enjoyable (the candles), and decorative (pretty much everything else).
And while our kitchen, family room, and (85% of our) bedroom are finished, I have yet to finish the one room I started first, the living room.
But I have to get it done soon because that’s the next room I’ll be sharing a fall tour of next week.
Until then, I hope this little kitchen tour helps you as you decorate for fall!
