First, use a small food processor to crush the freeze-dried blueberries.
Next, use a hand blender to mix one 8-ounce of butter with the powdered blueberries.
Then spread the blueberry butter into the 3 different flower silicone molds. Bend, tap, and shake the silicone molds to remove the bubbles, and use an icing spreader to remove the excess.
Chill in your freezer for 10-20 minutes.
Then, carefully remove the berry butter flowers from the molds and keep them frozen until ready to serve. *(1)
Repeat steps 1-5 with the freeze-dried raspberries.
Place the Berry Flower Butters on a plate and enjoy! *(2)
Notes
I placed my Berry Flower Butters on parchment paper in a sealed container while making more of them.
I placed the plate in our freezer to chill, then placed the Berry Flower Butters on top, and then kept the plate/butter chilled until ready to serve.
