This Lemon Rosemary Hummas is bursting with fresh flavor & pairs perfectly with colorful vegetables & DASANI® Sparkling.

Ingredients

2 Cans Chickpeas
1 Clove Garlic
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Water
1 Lemon, squeezed
1 Stem Rosemary, de-stemmed
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Instructions
First, remove the skins of the chickpeas & discard the skins.
Place the (deskinned) chickpeas, 1 garlic clove, 3 tablespoons EVOO, 1/4 cup water, lemon juice, rosemary, & 1/2 teaspoon salt in a blender. Blend until smooth adding more EVOO as needed for an extra creamy texture. *(1)
Serve with your favorite veggies, crackers, & pita!
Notes
If the hummus is too dry & won’t blend add more water a tablespoon at a time.
