Sweet Cream Cheese Ingredients
- 8 Ounces Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 Large Egg
Nutella
- 2/3 Cup Nutella
Instructions
- First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray 2 bread pans with oil and dust them with flour.
- In a medium bowl, mix the 2 & 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves, and 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice with a spoon until the ingredients are evenly dispersed.
- In a separate bowl blend 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, and 1/2 cup room temperature butter into a cream.
- Then blend in 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 1 can of pure pumpkin, and 2 large eggs.
- Create a funnel in the dry ingredients and pour the wet ingredients into the center.
- Mix with a spoon until combined *(2) and then pour the mixture evenly between the two bread pans.
- In a medium bowl blend 8 ounces cream cheese, 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, and 1 egg. Blend until combined.
- Places small dollops of the cream cheese mixture and the 2/3 cup of Nutella onto the top of both loaves of pumpkin bread. Swirl with a toothpick.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once baked let cool for 10 minutes on a cooling rack before removing the pumpkin spice bread from their bread pans. Then let cool completely for another hour.
- Slice and enjoy! *(3)
Notes
- I prefer to use dark brown sugar for a richer flavor, but light brown sugar works well too.
- Don’t over mix. Some lumps are normal.
- Store extra bread in a sealed container in your fridge for up to a week. To reheat cover in foil and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes or microwave them as desired for 15-30 seconds.
