The season of love and hearts is here!
And this simple Heart Fruit Board is the perfect fresh fruit treat for a wedding shower, Valentine’s Day brunch, or Galentine’s Day party.
I had so much fun creating lots of heart-shaped fruit, and my little one had even more fun eating them (and all the extra pieces too!)
The moment he saw all the fruit he got so excited!
So while I was creating heart fruit, he sat across from me eating all the extra pieces.
I then took the hearts and the extra pieces with us on a family trip so we could all enjoy this delicious fruit.

Heart Fruit Board
This simple Heart Fruit Board is the perfect fresh fruit treat for a wedding shower, Valentine’s Day brunch, or Galentine’s Day party.
Ingredients
- 1 Strawberries, 1 lb
- 1 Cantaloupe
- 1 Honeydew Melon
- 2 Mangos
- Grapes
Instructions
- First, wash and dry all of the fruit.
- Next, remove the stems of the strawberries, cut them in half from top to bottom, then cut a triangle out of the top, to create a heart shape out of the strawberry halves.
- Then cut the cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and mangos into thick slices, remove the rind/peel, and use the heart-shaped cookie cutters to create heart fruit.
- Then use a knife to cut the heart fruit into thinner slices of heart fruit.
- For the heart grapes, cut the grapes in half at an angle, then rotate one half of the grape to create a heart shape and add a toothpick to the center of the grape so it keeps its heart shape.
- Arrange all of your heart fruit on a platter and enjoy!

Simeon took him in his arms and praised God, saying: “Sovereign Lord, as you have promised, you may now dismiss your servant in peace. For my eyes have seen your salvation, which you have prepared in the sight of all nations: a light for revelation to the Gentiles, and the glory of your people Israel.”
Luke 2:28-32 NIV
