A few weeks ago I saw the most beautiful fall flowers at the store.
Roger always sends me in ahead of him and little Roger Dale because he knows I can easily spend 20 minutes just looking at and picking out flowers.
Since I had a couple of different DIYs planned that included fall flowers, including this DIY Pumpkin Flower Centerpiece, I made sure to pick up several bouquets of various colors.
I already had a carvable artificial pumpkin at home specifically planned for this bouquet and I couldn’t wait to get started.
This year I have chosen a more moody fall color scheme for our home and these flowers were the perfect addition.

Fresh Fall Flowers or Faux Fall Flowers
Tutorial:
1. First, place the cup upside down on top/in the center of the pumpkin.
2. Use a pen to trace an outline of the rim of the cup on the pumpkin.
3. *Carefully* use the knife to cut out the circle traced on the pumpkin. The pumpkin I used recommended heating up the knife as a way to more easily cut the pumpkin. Please be careful doing so.
4. Place the cup inside the pumpkin and add fresh water (if adding fresh flowers).
5. Arrange your fresh (or faux) flowers inside the pumpkin vase.
Enjoy!
