This Loaded Fries Pizza has a seasoned sour cream base & is topped with fries making it a fun twist for pizza night, game nights, or even weeknight dinners.

This last weekend we finally moved into our new house!
While there is still more to be finished (kitchen cabinets, metal roofing, etc.) we can finally start having our friends & family over again.
Now that we have plenty of space we can begin hosting dinner parties & game day watch parties on a regular basis.
Also, can I just say how excited I am to be able to have all of my kitchen equipment back under one roof (even if some/most of it is still packed away in the garage)?
And I’m really excited that the first new recipe I created for you all in our new kitchen is this unique recipe for Loaded Fries Pizza topped with McCain® Craft Beer Battered Thin Cut Fries from Walmart that you can load up with your favorite baked potato toppings.
I’m telling you, one bite & you’ll be hooked on this simple yet flavorful recipe!

Growing up pizza was a tradition when it came to game day watch parties & one of my favorites was my mom’s loaded potato pizza.
And with the added twist of using McCain® Craft Beer Battered Thin Cut Fries instead of slices of potato you have an extra easy, crazy quick, & super delicious recipe for your party.
I love that McCain® products are made with real potatoes that are perfect to pair with your game day spread.
But don’t feel like you have to limit yourself to just one type of fries on your pizza!
You could try this recipe using the McCain® Seasoned Curly Fries Seasoned Potato Fries, McCain® Extra Crispy Crinkle Fries, McCain® Seasoned Waffle Fries, or even a combination of all of them!
To help you get ready for your next party you can get $1.50 off when you purchase 2 participating McCain products at Walmart until 5/31/19. You can submit your rebate & learn more details here.
I’m not sure when our first pizza party game day will be, but this recipe will be ready whether we plan for weeks or decide to invite people over at the last minute to watch a game.

And seriously, what’s not to love about this Loaded Fries Pizza!?
This is a combination of two of the best things, fries + pizza!
The biggest problem I had was remembering to add all of the toppings because I couldn’t wait to dive in & take my first bite.
Which is why you will notice that I completely forgot to sprinkle vegetarian bacon bits on top.
Luckily the McCain® Craft Beer Battered Thin Cut Fries has such a deliciously baked crisp they weren’t even missed!
And don’t forget to get your hands on the rebate I mentioned above so that you can make this uniquely awesome pizza this weekend!

Instructions
1. First, preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit & let your pizza pan preheat in your oven.

Notes
- If you have any extra seasoned sour cream you can use that on top too. I had a little left & I mixed in a little bit more sour cream (about 1/4 cup) & used that as a topping. Also, I was so excited to eat this I completely forgot to add the vegetarian bacon bits!

I hope you have as much fun making & eating this pizza as I did!
