These Garlic Herb Parmesan Croutons are the perfect soup topper addition to your family soup night at home!

Ingredients

1 Loaf Italian Bread
5 Garlic Cloves, peeled & sliced lengthwise
2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Basil
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Parmesan, grated
Instructions
First, preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
Next, cut the bread into cubes, place them in a large bowl, & set it to the side.
In a small pot combine the garlic, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, 1/2 teaspoon basil, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, & 1/2 cup olive oil.
Let simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, & then discard the garlic.
Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the cubed bread & mix to combine.
Spread the bread over an ungreased baking sheet lined with foil & bake on the middle rack for 8 minutes.
Toss the croutons & sprinkle them with parmesan & return to the oven for 4-7 minutes or until golden & crispy.
Let cool & enjoy on top of your Imagine® Tomato Soup!
