DIY Chocolate Bunny Drinks

Sharing is caring!

These DIY Chocolate Bunny Drinks are a quick and easy treat to impress your guests at your next spring or Easter party.

Years ago I saw the cutest spring tutorial using hollow chocolate bunnies by @nicolearegan on Cedar & Rush to create the most adorable Easter drinks.

Every year it’s been on my list to recreate them in a family-friendly way, but I couldn’t figure out how I wanted to top them.

I hoped to add fresh flowers and mint, but I couldn’t find edible fresh flowers anywhere.

And since I wanted this to be a DIY tutorial that you could easily recreate, I decided to go in a different direction.

So I found super cute pastel straws and added bows (with twist ties) to them.

And I’m in love with how they turned out!

I filled them with chocolate milk, but you could fill them with any of your favorite drinks.

What will you fill your DIY Chocolate Bunny Drinks with at your next Easter party?

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. First, remove the packaging from the chocolate bunnies.
  2. Next, carefully heat the blade of the knife over your stove.
  3. Place the bunny on its side, on a cutting board, carefully cut off the ears with the hot knife, and wipe the blade clean with a dry towel.
  4. Repeat steps 2-3 on all of your chocolate bunnies.
  5. Place the bunnies on a serving tray and fill each bunny with chocolate milk or your favorite beverage. I used a funnel to help direct the drink into the hollow bunny.
  6. Place a bow near the top of a paper straw and use the twist ties to secure it in place. Repeat this step on as many straws as you need.
  7. Place the straws in the drinks and enjoy!

Happy Easter!
