These Mini Glitter Heart Ice are the perfect addition to your Valentine’s Day party drinks, and they would be so cute at a wedding shower, tea party, girls’ night, or even a baby shower!
I couldn’t decide what glitter to use, I went back and forth between several different colors, pink, gold, silver, etc.
I finally decided to go with silver because I couldn’t find my pink glitter.
And I’m so glad my pink edible glitter went missing because I love the way the silver glitter looked on these mini heart ice.
It is important to note that because this heart silicone mold is mini the ice does melt faster, so you will want to use a chilled drink (we used a clear soda), and quite a few heart ice.
But you could also use larger ice molds (which I have linked in this blog post) which will last longer.
I personally love these mini ones, they are so cute and fun!

Mini Glitter Heart Ice
These Mini Glitter Heart Ice are so fun for any occasion, like a birthday party, girl’s night, wedding shower, Valentine’s Day, or any time you want to add some sparkle to your drinks.
Ingredients
- Heart Silicone Mold
- Baking Sheet
- Edible Glitter Spray, Silver
- Red Drink, we used a leftover soda
- Clear Soda, cold
Instructions
- First, place the silicone mold on a baking sheet and spray 2-3 pumps of edible glitter spray into each heart of the silicone mold.
- Next, pour the red drink into each heart in the silicone mold.*
- Then spray 2-3 more pumps of edible glitter spray on top of each heart.
- Use a toothpick to swirl the glitter on top.
- Place the silicone mold in the freezer until the ice is fully frozen (2-3 hours or overnight).
- Fill your cups with a cold drink, then top with your frozen Mini Glitter Heart Ice.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- Liquid expands when frozen, so try to fill it just slightly under the rim, not right at the rim/top of the mold.
