My favorite way to eat fruit is covered in chocolate.
And these Dark Chocolate Berry Hearts are not only delicious but so cute too!
And if you look closely, you will see I also added a sprinkling of flaky sea salt to enhance the richness of the flavor.
But my favorite part might just be the edible pink shimmer dust on top!

Dark Chocolate Berry Hearts
These Dark Chocolate Berry Hearts are an easy sweet treat to make and enjoy or gift to your Valentine or all your favorite Galentines.
Ingredients
- 1 Package Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers
- Fresh Blueberries, washed & dried
- Fresh Raspberries, washed & dried
- Flaky Sea Salt
- Pink Edible Shimmer
Instructions
- First, melt the dark chocolate melting wafers according to their packaging instructions.
- Next, place a spoonful of melted chocolate into each heart silicone mold cavity.
- Gently shake the heart silicone mold to spread the chocolate to the edges and cover the base of each heart.
- Quickly place your berries in a single layer in the base of each heart on top of the chocolate.
- Evenly distribute the remaining melted dark chocolate on top of all of the fruit in the heart silicone mold (the raspberry hearts will need a little more chocolate than the blueberry hearts to fully cover them).
- Sprinkle the chocolate with flaky sea salt.
- Freeze for 3-5 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
- Remove the Dark Chocolate Berry Hearts from the heart silicone mold.
- Sprinkle the smooth shiny top with pink edible shimmer.
- Enjoy!*
Notes
- I kept extras in a sealed container in our fridge for 3-5 days.
