Baking season is here!

And I’m ready to fill our home with the delicious scent of baked goods and favorite foods.

One question I often get is about measuring ingredients.

And while I get a wide variety of measuring questions, one specifically I thought I’d answer today is how to measure a pinch or a tad.

While some people simply use their fingers to measure a pinch (and if you do, that’s totally fine!), it’s not completely accurate because everyone’s fingers are different sizes.

So I use mini measuring spoons!

These spoons come with measurements for a tad, dash, smidgen, pinch, and drop.

This takes the guessing out of baking and helps those (like me) who value precision when baking and cooking.

And since we are in the market for new measuring cups (ours are disappearing and quite literally falling apart) I thought I’d share some of my favorites below!
