This Egg Tulip Bouquet is a fun way to display and enjoy boiled eggs this Easter & spring season.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. First, place part of a parsley bunch on a platter.
  2. Next, insert a toothpick into a scallion, with the sharp part pocking out.
  3. Place a boiled egg on the part of the toothpick that is sticking out of the scallion.
  4. Use a sharp knife to cut a zig-zag around the top of the boiled egg.
  5. Remove the egg white top from the boiled egg and place the egg tulip on top of the parsley.
  6. Repeat steps 2-5 to create as many egg tulips as needed.
  7. Tie the chives and parsley stems with baker’s twine or a ribbon.
  8. Keep chilled until ready to eat. Enjoy!
