How cute are these Cracker Cheese Pies?
I’ve been wanting to make these Cracker Cheese Pies for a few years now, and finally got a chance to make them.
They are so easy to make, I’m not sure what took me so long to get around to making them.
Especially because we are a family that loves cheese!
These Cracker Cheese Pies would make a great quick and easy appetizer for a Friendsgiving party or Thanksgiving dinner!

Cracker Cheese Pies
These Cracker Cheese Pies are super fun and easy to make, and they are the perfect appetizer for a Friendsgiving party or Thanksgiving dinner.
Instructions
- First, cut the rectangular crackers into smaller rectangles, both in width and length.*(1)
- Next, cut the cheddar cheese into the size and shape of your triangle crackers.
- Add the whipped cream cheese to a piping bag (or sandwich bag with a cut hole) with your choice of small piping tip.
- Place a small dollop of whipped cream cheese on your triangle cracker, and then place the cheddar cheese on top. The whipped cream cheese works as an edible glue to hold the cracker and cheddar cheese together.
- Pipe a line of whipped cream cheese along the bottom length of the rectangle cracker and press it into the side of the cheddar cheese-topped cracker.
- Finally, add a small dollop of whipped cream cheese in the center of the cheddar cheese.
- Enjoy your Cracker Cheese Pies!
Notes
- The size will depend on how thick you cut the cheese. For a thicker cheese, you will want a bigger cracker, and for a thinner cheese, you will want a smaller cracker.
