This Cranberry Pear Flatbread is topped with goat cheese, fresh pear, cranberry sauce, and pecans, making it a delicious Christmas appetizer or Thanksgiving leftover recipe.

Last week I shared a recipe for homemade cranberry sauce that we loved so much I knew I needed to create more recipes with it!
While we loved the cranberry sauce on top of these Cranberry Brie Puff Pastry Bites, I wanted to create a fun and tasty way to eat leftover cranberry sauce too.
As I was brainstorming recipe ideas, this Cranberry Pear Flatbread became my number one choice!
I love the combination of the sweet and tart cranberry sauce combined with the creamy goat cheese atop the juice pears.
Such a good flavor combination!
And I hope you enjoy your Cranberry Pear Flatbread this season as much as we do!
